No longer allow Government officials to have power over their, or their counterparts' salary.

To amment the Constitution whereas Federal government officials no longer have the power to vote, or otherwise have a say in their own salary payments as part of the fiscal budget. Instead a popular vote, during each state election (every 2 years) is averaged to be their total yearly salary. The individual voter will write in a number within a set range -set range also voted by popular vote in the first implementation of this law, and every year adjusted the same as DOD salaries are for inflation- where as the range cannot be so low as to deter decent living conditions for officials. Thereby forcing government officials off of their pedestal as 'those in power' to the original purpose of government elect as 'elected representatives of the people, to serve the people whom have elected them'
