On behalf of all victims of serious crimes, I would like to petition that the media no longer be allowed to name and sensationalize individuals who have commited a serious crime. Individuals who commit such acts should be left nameless, no importance should be given to said individuals under any circumstances. The individuals that were victimized are the ones who should be showcased.
