No longer allow minimum wage or low paying jobs to demand extra languages in a country where not everyone speaks them.

Created by A.S. on March 11, 2015

To stop allowing jobs such as McDonalds, The 99 cents store, Walmart, Arco Gas and other jobs that do not have a pay that rises above the poverty line to demand bilingual, Spanish, or any other extra language as a job requirement. This does not mean Equal Opportunity Employment!

This makes E.O.E. mean nothing as many many Americans of working age who are currently doing these sorts of jobs are only H.S. grads, maybe with some unfinished extra degree under their belt have never been taught another language. The educational system that we have did not teach many that, and therefore unless the job pays a fair amount they are killing E.O.E. by not allowing for the educational system that we had to make the people it produced employable in their country. This just isn't right.
