No longer help other countries with disaster relief unless we have a surplus budget and low debt to do so.

With our National Debt at 16 trillion dollars and Natural Disasters accruing on our home-front (Ie. Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Katrina, etc) ...

We need to make sure our people are "Good" before we worry about other countries needing help. Yes, it's nice to offer help to other countries, but not at the expense of delaying or forgetting about our citizens own needs.

The key to our future as a viable world country -- Help ourselves before all others.
