This petition is for anyone who is convicted of a sex crime or pleading guilty to a sex crime. most states offer probation to first time offenders and sometimes to repeat offenders. the minimum is 5 yrs in jail. If we can get that raised then it will be a deterant for criminals and and a little bit of justice for the victims. 10 yr mandatory sentencing, take out the plea bargins, and absolutely no probation.
