No longer recognize marijuana as a Schedule I controlled substance and legalize it for recreational use. At a worse case scenario legalize it for medicinal use. It has already been done in several states for both medical and recreational use, and has not had any dramatic affects. It not only has created more jobs for people but it has brought in a major revenue of money into the states economy.
