No longer require Active Duty Military members to pay Federal Income Tax

Created by J.V. on March 18, 2013

American citizens who are putting their life on the line to protect the freedoms of others have earned the right to not pay Federal Income tax. The military is in a constant battle to overcome the stigma of being a last choice, when it should be a dignified choice. Removing tuition assistance benefits for the military has eliminated a very important reason for people with other options to join branches of the military. Not only would removing the requirement to pay federal income tax be the right thing to do morally but it would also help encourage better qualified individuals to serve their country.
