My homeland in Utah, known as the Ute and Ouray Reservation has been systematically attacked by state and now government representatives seeking developmental rights over treaty lands. The rezervation was shrunk 2x before in history and this needs to stop. The land was given to us since it was one of the least hospitable at the time, now that natural resources such as oil, and various minerals and gases has been recognized; state, and government representatives have sought to legally subsidize and claim lands that have already been substantially shrunk from original treaty agreements, this petition is to stop any further 'legal' or illegal attempts at subsidization of any type or for any matter irregardless of any amount of time hence forth.
