Today laws are written in sums of 400 pages at a time. These are written very confusing and at a very high reading level and are not legible to most Americans. These laws hide other laws so that they may be passed without most of the people knowing what they are actually voting for. The laws should be rewritten to a legible text so that a young teenager in American gov. class could read them and understand.
