Hold every member of Congress who votes for the passage of, along with the President who signs into law, any Federal Budget which has built-in deficit spending, personally responsible for the payment of any debt created by the implementation of said Federal Budget, rather than passing that debt along to yet-to-be-born citizens of The United States of America.
