I'm sure anyone with an unnatural hair color or style, piercings, or tattoos are tired of being told to hide them or not to have them. Why should you not be hired to a job or given disciplinary action at a school (elementary to college) because you're being who you are? It's your body after all, isn't it? Employers or the administration at schools should have no right to tell the employee or student how they should look like when they simply are expressing themselves.
