Those that never paid their dues, taxes, into the system nor earned any benefits should not received food stamps, welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, Gov. Housing, Section 8, or any assistance that wasn’t earned. Including prisoners in prison.
Exempt: Born disabled, become disabled, seniors, veterans, active military personnel and their families or any family living below poverty, have earned to received assistance.
Provide: Seniors, disabled, disabled families and active and non active military personnel and their families assistance with nursing homes facilities, better VA medical clinics and hospitals and facilities for the special need and their families.
