Stop parents and care takers from letting their children or someone else's children under the age of 10 in their care from playing in parks or any out door area without an adult 18 years old or older. This does not include your fenced in back yard. Children are taken by sexual predators and most of the time murdered because know one was there to stop them. Times have changed and the world is not a safe place for our children to be taking care of themselves. We as parents and care takers can stop this by signing this petition. Please! Save our Children.
