Under the current system, states are allowed to mandate that doctors, nurses, and clinics provide medically inaccurate information to people seeking reproductive and abortion services. We ask that the federal government intervene in cases where state law is violating the rights of patients to receive medically sound information from their providers. Patients deserve to have accurate health information and providers should not be blocked by law from providing that information.
