The College and University degrees and any certificates should be based on the last term at these places and a test done so the student has a degree based on the test not an internship where the job situation sucks and they cant get any experience due to the lack of areas for which they are applying
This must be changed asap and as i say a test done so the student has the Certificate in hand not have to wait a few years to try to get an internship
