Any normal man or woman is held to a standard of basic humanity. Police officers are no longer responsible for their own actions. When found to be lying about their actions they are paid ,with our money to take a vacation. I propose that all investigations are held without officers receiving any tax Money . Please help stop this and force our government to realize that excessive force is abuse and we have the right to exist without being bullied.
