This petition affects myself, of course, and I am petitioning on behalf of myself of course... I'm sure the same can be said by most, if not every U.S. Citizen of this nation that we don't want our electronic communications to be changed, manipulated, or tampered with by police and the Federal Government either openly or covertly (as it is mostly perpetrated covertly). To be specific as in certain communications being sent or received 'in our name' (falsely), or certain communications sent from us or received unto us manipulated or tampered with.
There are also many instances of this sort of tempering or manipulation of an individual's life over the internet, and local/international electronic communications which I cannot name right now.
