We the People of the United States, Respectfully Request, our Members of Congress, both the House and Senate, to vote Yea by a Majority Vote, that any person who is not a Natural Born Citizen or Naturalized , by the First of January , for the Next Four Years, that it would be ILLEGAL for any person not of the above mentioned, to possess a driver's license, possess a business license, hold employment in any position of employment in the United States, vote, carry a concealed weapon, be part of a grand jury, run for any office, Federal or State, nor may they receive any United States Monetary Grant and cannot have any financial institution account of any kind.
