In the unlikely, but possible event that the US enters into a war with Russia over the sovereignty of Ukraine I would like to know there is some sort of agreement between these nuclear powers that the war will be with more conventional weapons and no nukes will be used. I know the US doesn't want to bother with talking to Russia what with sanctions and all, and I know a piece of paper wouldn't guarantee we wouldn't be nuked, but if a war was to break out I want the rest of the world that survives the nuclear holocaust to know Russia broke the treaty and fired first.
