NO ONE SHOULD BE DENIED A RIGHT TO WORK, DUE TO "BAD CREDIT", OR IF UNABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH, THIS IS AMERICA..

Created by E.S. on February 12, 2015

DISCRIMINATION IS PERPERTRATED IN DIFFERENT WAYS!!

People are out looking for jobs in America and are not being hired, and are being terminated from their jobs due to not being able to speak Spanish, OR A SECOND LANGUAGE. This is not a requirement in the United States of America, and employers have no right to demand that an applicant be able to speak Spanish. Some jobs are terminating employees due this, and in California most jobs are now preferring the applicant to be bi-lingual. This has prevented SOME people who don't speak a second language to be passed over for a job, even if they have the other requirements. "GOOD CREDIT" is not a criteria for obtaining a job, people are being discriminated against, "NO ONE SHOULD BE DENIED THE RIGHT TO WORK , DUE TO THEIR CREDIT'
