It is unconstitutional for any person to be forced to serve the government. It violates many freedoms that we as citizens have and when men turn 18 and do not sign up they are fined up to 250,000 and even denied financial aid if they were to go to school. Making someone risk their lives for something that they do not believe in can be taken as a form of slavery which is something America or our constitution stands for. I would like that if there is a draft that it is only optional and does not affect the men who choose not to sign up.
