Making above Half-a-Mill a year is too much, especially for Sports Players, Celebrities, Government or other, whether in America or elsewhere. It also should be jails, prisons, penetentries rather than Hospitals/Correctional Facilities which puts you in a situation of Mental Health and/or Mental Retardation. Where it should be made Law that everyone should work and if you get caught other than, then you and the Judge will have to work it out or whether in front of a Jury.
