No Pardons for Anyone, Ever

Created by A.E. on December 01, 2012

Pardoning is an abuse of power and should be abolished. When a person has been sentenced by a court, that court has been put in the best position to determine the person's guilt, and for a politician to sidestep that fact by pardoning a person (usually for political reasons), he is making a mockery of our judicial system. There should be no such thing as pardoning.
