No President should be sued with taxpayers money. The group of individuals or the individual should raise money or use their own money for such activity. The people elect the President and only the people should have the power of choosing whether or not their taxes should be allowed to be spent on such actions. The citizens of the United States of America should be consulted by voting on such decisions.
