No pay or benefits will be made to elected Federal officia during times of "squester" or failure to raise the dept limit

Whenever spending cuts to established Federal Programs are done because of a "Sequester" or similar event. or in the event of a Federal Government shut down due to failure to raise the dept limit, all Federally elected officials will not be paid any salary or be able to use any benefit, like healthcare as long as the issue in unresolved.
