No probable cause for K9 alerts on vehicles outside of our borders. Everyday police officers abuse their power and force alert their dogs on our citizens vehicles for a positive alert for narcotics. Most of the time these dogs give false alerts, forcing our citizens to sit outside of their car for an unreasonable about of time while feeling harassed. This is not right and this is not American. STOP POLICE OFFICERS EXPLOITING OUR RIGHTS FOR UNREASONABLE SEARCH AND SEIZURE.
