Some employers have not provided their employees with pay raises. Some cases, employees have not had pay raises in 4 years. Cost of living is on the rise and being stuck with the same pay for years is only a recipe for disaster. If an employer can't provided a pay raise for an employee, that employee deserves a tax break. That 25-30 plus % should be cut IN HALF. Employees need to be rewarded.
