Do NOT place a restriction on firearm ownership because citizens are collecting Social Security benefits or are unable to manage their own financial affairs.
Collecting Social Security or having financial hardship does not define a Citizen as a criminal, mentally ill, incompetent, unintelligent or diseased.
The second amendment to the U.S. Constitution states verbatim:
"A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
To keep and bear arms is a RIGHT not a privilege!
