No rewards for those who broke Immigration Laws include but not limited to parent who kidnapped their children from home

To some it is logical that if we cannot fix the Immigration problem we should default and allow those who are here to benefit for their disrespect of US and its laws.
We hid and amnesty in a bill that says if one KIDNAPPED their child from their home country, bringing to the US, should be permitted to stay, but they still broke the law. We hid the wording of the action in saying that we do not want to split up families but how are we splitting up families if we tell the lawbreaker to leave the US; do we really think they would leave the US without their children. If that is the type of person we are dealing with, do we want to call them US Americans? My wife and children are in Colombia. Colombia is not allowing me to break their Immigration Laws only to allow me to stay with my family
