Russia was recently awarded the honor of hosting the 2018 World Cup by the International Federation of Football (Soccer). Just like this year's World Cup in Brazil, games give the host country a significant global promotional platform. It's also a major economic event -- creating many billions in construction and tourist activity.
Russia's recent brutal aggression into Ukraine--including it's uncompensated theft of Crimea and continued threats of armed invasion -- have shocked the international community. Governments around the world, including ours, have begun imposing economic sanctions!
When Russia's invasion of Ukraine is viewed in the light of it's brutal policies toward Gay, Lesbian and Transsexual rights, FIFA must revoke it's award of the 2018 World Cup. Please support freedom
