In the event of a government shutdown, where citizens are no longer getting the full service of the government, all tax payers including individual, business and corporate are exempt from paying taxes, for said period. Further, all Federal employees including Congress and the President shall forfeit all pay for said shutdown period. No method of retroactive tax collection or retroactive federal pay will be allowed. NO SERVICE NO PAY.
