In order to reduce the effect of unelected influence on domestic and foreign policy, no sitting member of any three branches of government may be legally allowed to sign any document, pledge or commit verbally, or otherwise, to any promise or pledge that may limit or constrain the execution of their roles as elected representatives of their constituencies.
