No statute of limitations in the case of rape or sexual assault when there is clear DNA evidence to support the claim

Created by K.N. on November 13, 2012

No statute of limitations, in any state, in the case of rape or sexual assault when there is clear DNA evidence to support the claim. Right now it is generally ten years. So if it's ten years and one day to the date and there's a hit on the DNA that person can't be tried. There should be no limitation.
