Many Americans work long and hard to earn a decent living. When we go above and beyond a forty-hour work week we barely see a difference in our paychecks.
My proposal is to remove taxes paid on any wages earned in excess of a standard 40/hr work week. By limiting taxation to the first 40 hours worked it would provide a permanent stimulus package to our economy.
