No taxation without representation under universal jurisdiction and enforcement of Article IV violations

Whereas as States action overtaking a contract in violation of Article IV of the constitution and/or international treaties, wrongfully taxing and enslaving a person, that person may acclaim the international quest for titles of sovereign immunity and authority under universal jurisdiction.

Whereas US Citizens have sovereign immunity and authority to by title to represent ownership and rights to their inherited family titles, home, banks and estate awarded in a state contract.

Whereas allowing the United States Federal Government to guarantee and protect those sovereign immunities and authorities from crimes that violate international laws by using a universal form of jurisdiction enforced under the federal government in the United States.
