No To Transgenders Using a Restroom They Identify To

Created by C.K. on May 13, 2016

Mr. President,
We cannot allow a person to simply say I am transgender and let them use a washroom, or locker room of their choice. This opens washrooms and lockers to predators like pedophiles, and rapist that decide to say I feel like I am a woman/man today That is why I propose that if a person identifies as transgender they must legally change their sexual status to either transgender male, or transgender female. Once changed the person cannot switch back because transgender is not a choice, but a consistent gender identity. Until a law that protects all citizens is put into effect no person that identifies as another sex should be allowed to use a restroom that they identify to but rather they would have to use the restroom of their sexual orientation.
