Cops that are active and on the job just "patrolling" should always have marked police vehicle. Police officials should always be noticeable to people everywhere. If their not uniformed or in a marked Police car they shouldn't be allowed for jurisdiction or law power in any way. My point is that Police vehicles and police in general should always be in a marked vehicle or at least uniformed and properly ID.
