No vacations for any congressmen, including the President and his staff, until the fiscal budget is passed.

We are about halfway through the fiscal year, and the White House has not passed a budget yet and sequestration is still present. Yet, nothing has been signed or anyone hasn't agreed on anything. No vacations until a well balanced budget has been signed for this fiscal year.
