No Welfare for convicted Drug Offenders.

All welfare and government assistance such as food assistance should be halted until ALL first time convicted drug offenders prove for at least six months they can and will stay clean. Implement monthly drug tests, along with a hair sample test to stop giving benefits to those who don't need or deserve it. Anyone who can afford drugs can afford their own food. Anyone convicted twice should go through a year system clean before allowing any benefits. And anyone convicted three or more times should be disqualified indefinitely from receiving any benefits. This will allow for a more stable and affordable government assistance program for the government and all tax payers. It shall also help drop all drug related crimes to more than half in the first year implemented.
