A National Law is needed to control and eliminate the excess/undue noises from vehicles with modified exhaust/emission systems, such as from mufflers designed to amplify the vehicle's noise discharge.
Modified Cars/Trucks/Motorcycles with unacceptably loud engine/exhaust noise emissions disrupt residential areas, schools, public facilities, government buildings, highways, and businesses.
The reality is that these noises cause intolerable noise pollution to anyone nearby (which ranges from close proximity to hundreds of yards away), which is oppressive and peace shattering.
