Howard Stern served as a judge on the hit television show America’s Got Talent for four years – but to his fans it felt like a lifetime. During that period Howard showed much judicial restraint and even recused himself when his personal butt doctor auditioned as a ventriloquist.
Howard Stern has been working with lesbians from his earliest days in broadcasting and would get along great with Justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor. Howard also acted as legal counsel for Judge Wendy of The Special People’s Court and, furthermore, he wrote the minority opinion for the controversial and landmark 2002 decision of Oil and Vinegar v. Vinaigrette.
We ask President Obama to nominate Howard Stern to the U.S. Supreme Court and to mandate that John Varvatos start designing some cool black robes.
