This is a petition to nominate Judge Andrew Napolitano to replace the recently nixed Conservative Supreme Court Justice Scalia and not a Liberal or Moderate nomination that will destroy what little we have left of OUR Constitution and not try to hurry through a Recess Appointment and leave it to the people of the United States to determine.
