Nominate Attorney General Loretta Lynch to the Supreme Court

Created by M.B. on March 01, 2016

Attorney General Loretta Lynch, if confirmed would be the first African-American women to serve as justice. This would be historic and also create a court that more properly reflects our society. She is qualified, she has passed senate confirmation as Attorney General, and she has been praised by both democrats and republicans. In addition if the senate choose, as it says now, not even to consider Obama's nominee, Lynch could help drive women, African-Americans, and people who want Congress to do their job and fulfill their constitutional duties to the polls in record numbers. Then the next president, after winning a landslide election and taking control of the senate, could renominate Lynch. We would then have a court which more fully reflects our citizens.
