Nominate, Dallin H. Oaks J.D., to become a Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. He is one of the most just and righteous individuals in the history of the United States. His wisdom and leadership experience in upholding our God given Constitutional rights is unparalleled. He served as Justice on the Utah Supreme Court from 1980-1984 where he resigned to serve as an Apostle of Jesus Christ for the LDS church where he serves to this day. In recent public addresses he showed his depth of understanding and commitment to upholding fairness and Justice in the importance of balancing religious freedom with non-discrimination to individuals and groups who personally choose lifestyles incongruent with religious beliefs based on mutual respect and tolerance.
