The head of HHS needs to be a practicing Physician. Dr. Ben Carson has expressed novel approaches to healthcare reform which reach to the root of the problems in our healthcare delivery and financing. We need someone who values and understands the importance of the doctor-patient relationship. His background makes him not only a promoter of the American Dream, but a prime example of how to live it out. His ethics and moral character are unimpeachable. With so much power invested in the Secretary of HHS, we must have a person of his caliber.
