Nominate Edward Snowden as the next head of the NSA

Created by R.U. on November 28, 2013

General Keith Alexander and his deputy are retiring sometime in the coming months, and their positions need to be filled. We The People ask that the President, in accordance with Article II, Section II of the Constitute, nominate Edward Snowden for congressional approval to be the new chief of the NSA

We The People believe that Edward Snowden's reputation as a defender of the truth and civil liberties would send a clear message to foreign nations, to the public of the Union, and to the NSA itself. Many precious foreign relationships have been endangered lately by the NSA's misconduct, and we believe that only Snowden will be able to restore our reputation with the world community.
