Nominate former Vice President Al Gore as Secretary of State to replace the Hon. Hillary Clinton.

I believe former Vice President Al Gore should be nominated to replace Hillary Clinton as the next Secretary of State. He is known throughout the world as a man of principle and integrity. He is well respected and would be welcomed by heads of state from all countries. He could bring his deep knowledge and background with environmental issues, especially global warming, to the forefront to tackle the climate problems beginning to face the world. He would expand the role of the Secretary of State beyond the immediate to future policy issues and protections. Al Gore is a man who will not be marginalized. He is strong, articulate, intelligent and personable. Just what the United States needs to represent us in the ever-globalizing political world.
