Justice Scalia's death has left a vacancy in the highest court. We the petitioners humbly ask President Obama to nominate G. Max Dery as a Supreme Court Justice.
Mr. Dery is a tenured professor of criminal justice at California State University Fullerton. He is a former deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County and noted legal scholar. Prof. Dery's unmatched enthusiasm for the law, reverence for the Constitution, and unrivaled respect for the position of the top court, make him the perfect candidate. Far removed from political pressures and agendas, Prof. Dery will be able to don the robe with the unfiltered clarity the position of Supreme Court Justice deserves.
