We mourn the loss of Associate Justice Antonin Scalia. He is a proud son of Italian Americans (We love Lake Como and Capri!) and a great son of Elmhurst, NY (Queens!). He was a brilliant man who have "led a conservative renaissance." However, it pains us to admit that we disagree with the justice in a lot of his dissents over the years, most recently being the legalization of LGBT marriage in Obergefell v. Hodges.
In order for America to move forward and live up to its ideals in the next two decades if not more, we must nominate someone not from the Harvard/Yale clusters. Hon. Denny Chin, a graduate from Fordham Law School, is the best choice to reflect the diverse fabrics of the country.
