Nominate Honorable Barack Obama to replace the late Honorable Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court of the United States

Barack Obama has excellent academic credentials for the U.S. Supreme Court, estimable community-organizing experience long absent from that tribunal, both state-and-federal legislative backgrounds ever more lacking there and a unique vetting by American citizens, TWICE, notwithstanding endless sabotage of his Presidency since January 20, 2009, when the current U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan, and formerly Honorable Newt Gingrich, met with a right-wing Republican cabal to thwart the direct electoral will of the People through premeditated destruction of constitutional governance and through patent disruption of the American economy, and notwithstanding explicit disappointment in his administration by left-wing Democrats and socialists frustrated by his repeated moderation across myriad issues.
